A handler greets you and takes your fur baby while you get them checked in. So awesome. When picking up, you are greeted again as soon as you walk in the door and they bring your fur baby(ies) in my case, back looking spit shinned and wonderful. The staff knows the names of every dog, they truly treat each dog as their own, the facility is clean, and the facility requires proof of vaccination/flea & tick.
