"Our golden retriever did not like to go in our pool. There is a doggy pool here and imagine my delight and surprise when I picked her up and she was a bit wet. She went in with the other dogs! Also grooming was great. She is so soft and looks amazing. Staff is very attentive and friendly!"

"This place is not the best for cats. I’ve used it a few times but looking back I wish I’d gone to a different place just for cats. I can’t speak for the dog areas. I came to get my cat early, he was cooped up for too many hours for my comfort. I know it was a busy time , but there must be a better way about this .. also was kinda bummed when workers went in and out and didn’t even pet my kitty when he so badly wanted loving. Not a bad place , I like that you can watch them on camera. But I’d just prefer elsewhere for future use."

"Our dogs really seem to enjoy Pet Paradise. I’ve read a lot of negative reviews for this particular location but haven’t experienced what others have. Our 2 pups are super excited to go and worn out when they get home from playing. All the staff are nice and helpful. The only thing I wish they had was an outdoor area for the pups to enjoy."

"Boarded my dog for an initial stay over Christmas, but had to move the reservation super last minute due to weather. The staff were incredibly helpful and made the whole process super easy on genuinely everything. (I was expecting I'd have to cancel it, but I got super lucky that they had extra availability a little further out!) Never worried about my dog while he was there, cause I was always able to pop in and check the camera every now and again. Saw him a couple of times playing and being loved on during individual play times ♥️. Extra peace of mind knowing they have a vet on site as well if he ever needed it. now that I'm home and less flustered from the holiday chaos, I learned they even have an app that could have made things EVEN easier. I can even check the cameras on it too! I've almost always boarded with my vet before, but will definitely be boarding here from now on, thanks to all the staff that made the stay and reservation so easy! "
