"Whoever runs this business charged my mom $500 to file her taxes and got her $10,000 back but now she has to pay that money back because of his rushed filing and misplacing numbers in the wrong place. On top of that, he won't even face my mother to correct the mistake! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone that wants to receive a fair refund and not be overcharged just to get ripped off.
