"It is with great regret that I make this negative review for what seemed to be a great and highly recommended tax service. I came to Mr. Daily through recommendation of a close friend and coworker and no negative comments to be made. Only positive compliments where made when speaking of Mr. Robert Daily’s services. I have always submitted my taxes early and for years I never worried about tax deadlines or being late to submit. I submitted my information to Mr. Daily in February as soon as all my documents came in and his receptionist took all of my information. I had to make several attempts to reach Mr. Daily and every time I was promised a call back, he did not call me back. 3 days prior to the deadline to submit he calls me back without any of the information I provided to his receptionist and I chose to go with another tax service provider because I was stressed. As a service member with an upcoming deployment over the horizon the last thing I wanted to be stressed about was not submitting or paying my taxes. When I talked to Mr. Daily and told him this he made excuses for being busy and when I thanked him for his time he hung up the phone. I understand everyone is going through something but the lack of professional courtesy became my bottom line. I do not recommend doing business with this company due to the amount of stress they caused me and my family during an already difficult time. Thank you."
