"I called these people right when they opened, I waited about 15 minutes and was told one person was in front of me and that it would be 7 minutes or I can get a call back. I waited. A prompt came back and said 1 person in front of me, 15 minute wait or receive call back. I chose the receive a call back. 5 hours later.. nothing. I call again and there are 9 people in front of me, I press to receive a call back. I never received a call. I wouldn't have to call if they would just send me the paperwork they were supposed to in the first place. Getting a hold of someone is so difficult."
"If I could have given these people zero Stars I would have. I am a government retiree. I have used this service to roll money from an IRA back into my TSP on three different occasions. Every one of these transactions was a train wreck from start to finish. At every turn, these people did not perform properly. They lost the checks that were sent to them via overnight delivery, they completed forms improperly, delayed the process unnecessarily. I only ever talked to one lady who knew what she was actually doing. Every other person didn't seem to have an idea of what was going on. If you are a government retiree, avoid these people at all costs! You can do better on your own than by using them."
"Rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. Absolutely appalled that HCA uses this company. Although it seems clear that they use this company because of how difficult they are to work with — HCA always finds a way to save a dime."
"Received letter mid August from former Employer to contact Retirement Clearinghouse. Have tried several times online and by phone. Requires last 4 of your SSN. If they don't have on "file" you will not be allowed to speak with anyone."
"Agree with what everyone else has said. My 401k was sent here without my knowledge or permission. They take fees to hold your 401k. They take fees to roll it out or cash it out. It doesn't grow, they just take. You call to go through the process of rolling it out, "it should take about 2 weeks." Okay, 2 weeks later, nothing. You call, "well it can take a month, call again later" I'm still on the first of 3 steps! "Waiting On Funds to Arrive" they are the ones holding my funds! This should be illegal."
