"Absolutely hate Allstate now. Was about to buy a vehicle and there was no notice that they cancelled on the first (not even on the app) until almost 2 weeks after it said it was no longer active. Jennifer Gilreath was helpful up until she didn't answer my email to confirm some information. I was told it was not going to be cancelled then I found out the day I was about to pick up a new vehicle. Then i told them what the hell was up with them cancelling after telling me everything was good and no one answered. Then way after she emails saying she was going to give me a quote LOL like why would I keep allstate after all the problems they give me?? I told them i was going elsewhere and she didn't even bother to apologize because all this was allstates fault. Ruben Reyes not sure who he is also failed to give me information i needed for payment a while back when I kindly asked through email because I could not make calls. Did not want to tell me a simple thing I needed and kept saying I needed to call. We do not all have that available and also do not have the time. I miss when My agent was a older gentleman he was very sweet never a problem. Until i was changed to someone else. Problem after problem. Also called once to try to get a broken window fixed someone threw a rock and the lady said she could not help me because i did not have an exact time. Save yourself time and money go to Farm bureau. Paying 3 full coverages there with what I paid 2 with at allstate."
