"The only good thing about Bed & Bark are the employees that take care of the animals. The management, Evan & Kay, have proven multiple times that they are ignorant towards employees concerns, causing what is the opposite of a safe/friendly establishment for said employees. This behavior is unacceptable, especially since the employees work EXTREMELY hard, and do a great job with the animals. But, I feel that part of a good business is taking care of and listening to your employees, not this."

"We love Bed and Bark. Our Retriever mix Chewy is a little bit on the special needs side and it can be tough to let him stay anywhere. With Bed and Bark, we get daily updates from them, Chewy always looks so happy in his photos and we know that we can trust them to handle his meds and needs. Pricing is affordable, they take great care of our babies when we drop them off. They give Chewy the attention and care he needs with meds and special needs. I would give them more stars if I could."

"They took such good care of our precious fur baby! The postcards describing his demeanor, the comments of how he was throughout the day, and the picture of his play time were something we looked forward to every day while we were on vacation. The access to the video to be able to check on our dog anytime from 8:30am to 6:30pm EST was very nice and calmed my wife's nerves while we were away. Note that the food and water bowls may not be in the field of view of the camera. Check the room where your pet will be so that you have an idea of where the food and water are. This will give you peace of mind that your pet is fed and watered and save you a phone call while on vacation. They also cleaned and dried our dog's bed after he stepped in some waste and got it on his bed, and provided a temporary bed for him to use until it his was clean. Going forward, we will be recommending this place for all of our friends with pets and continuing to use them while we vacation. Couldn't be more happy with the service provided."

"This was my first time boarding my dog at a kennel instead of with family and we could not have had a better experience. Options for facilities that can accommodate a dog who does not like other dogs, but still give them individual attention and playtime, are few and far between so I was quite anxious, but they exceeded all my expectations and their rates are very reasonable for the level of care they provide. I paid extra for daily playground time and camera viewing as well which were worth every penny for the peace of mind they gave me. I am so happy my dog was in good hands and I was able to have a stress-free trip. Highly recommend!!"
