"If I could give zero stars I would. I called to get a consultation, and spoke to Troy, and was called back and told that I wouldn't be a "good fit", and should go to "H&R block" because they judged my phone number and said I must have chosen it. So I wouldn't be a good fit as a client for them. Firstly, I didn't choose my phone number, the phone number was random, and I sell exclusively on Etsy where my clients don't even see my number, so that isn't even "my marketing". They assume a lot!! I'm glad that they saved me from being their client, because I would not want to do business with ignorant, judgmental people like them."
