"I rated this company a 1 because the rating system would not allow me to give it a zero. In an attempt to find a credit union open on Saturday this company popped up. The person answering the phone said her name was Wanda. She explained she did not offer banking services, but when I started to ask about her services and fees, she became ill tempered and hung up on me. There was no reason for her rude and unprofessional behavior. All other companies in this business will give a verbal over the phone full disclosure. She said she was not doing it today, stated that she was not other companies, said you had to pay her almost $100 for an initial consultation and then she would discuss fees. This company is far from professional and obviously has something to hide. The hours say 4 am to 11 pm. That alone should have been a give away that something was not right. I strongly recommend you taking your business some place other than this little unprofessional company in Monroe, NC."

"Years ago I reached out to Wanda for help with repairing my credit. At that time I didn't use her service because I looked at it from only a cost perspective vs looking at the return on my investment. I decided to work on my credit myself- not a great idea. It’s time consuming, not knowing the industry made it difficult and frustrating. I signed up with a “national” company about one year ago.
