"This store is literally why online is killing brick & mortar shopping. On the road for work, need replacement boots on a tight timeline. Not a single person addressed me in this empty store until checkout (in there about 35 minutes) then pointed fingers as to why it wasn’t each of their fault, then spoke of me in 3rd person.
