"Amazing boots, but most of all an amazing customer service experience. I bought a pair of Iron Rangers a few weeks ago and decided to buy them in person at the Henrietta location due to hearing about the sizing being different with heritage boots. The sales team was amazing and the first salesman took his time, answering all my questions and bringing out numerous sizes and colors before I made a decision. About a week later I stopped back in to just confirm I had the correct size due to some tightness in the toe box. As I walked up to the store with my box the door was opened and held open by a salesman for me. I explained my concern and he answered all my questions, brought out multiple sizes again for me to try on and also gave me several options, to roll/stretch the toe box, or even exchange if needed even though they typically don’t exchange heritage boots. I could tell he just wanted me to be happy with the boots and he was passionate about boots himself. I ended up keeping my original size, recommended by the first salesman, and they have began to break in very well after a few weeks. If you need boots go to the Henrietta location and you won’t be disappointed. Amazing iconic boots, but most importantly an unmatched customer service experience."

"Had a great experience. Had trouble finding the store, while I was in the parking lot, called and was helped immediately. When I arrived in the store, Hunter helped me out. He showed me to their selection of women’s boots(unfortunately there was only 4 boots, but Hunter said they could order others). He got my sizes right away, assisted with getting them out of the box, and ready to go on my foot. All my questions were answered and I was given an information on what services they offered. Over all exceptional experience! Ready to break in my red wings and look classy at work! Update: I have been wearing these boots 4 days a weeks since I got them. I am disappointed to say that these boots (brown) did not last a full season of working in the outdoors. They are exceptionally comfy and worked great for a few months. I had high expectations because red wing is suppose to be a reputable company. Over the last month or so they are no longer waterproof even after getting reproofed and one boot has become unstitched. Overall, I can’t justify buying another pair that might not last. Women work boots that last are hard to come by."

"I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and was in and out in no time. The guys in the store were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and truly cared about what they were doing. I’m not sure how or why, but any time I’ve been to this store, the people there are always in a great mood, give excellent customer service, and truly seem to care about what they do, which is fairly rare these days. I have no problem spending $300+ on a pair of boots I know are well made and backed by a team of awesome people."
