"They’re crooks. I called in for a wiper motor and the rep told me the wiper motor cost $160 and when I went in to pick it up the guy said it’s $203. I asked him why is there a difference, and he couldn’t even answer me, then he tried to bargain with me and told me he can sell it to me for 169+ tax which made no sense at all. they seem like crooks to me and they just make up whatever price they want to."

"They charge way to much for their services. The actual bill comes out much greater than the original quote for work. We'll be shopping around for a more fair service."

"Eric is a total joke purchased a new tow truck off him.It took 2 weeks longer then promised.That’s when the fun started he took my trade then called me back and told me he couldn’t give me the amount he quoted.This was after all the paper work was done,now I’m waiting for him to pay off my trade still 2 weeks later.People warned up about Eric very bad business practice.I would never deal with him again…stay away !!!"

"I left my trailer with 2 load bars inside so they could quote me the problem. When I went to look for it, my bars were not there and when I ask them shamelessly they tell me that they did not see anything. Do not leave any material in their sights!! They are thiefs!!! And so expensive!!"

"Flew in a couple weeks back to get a truck. My contact info was wrong but the gals in the office were super nice got me pointed in the right direction at closing time on a Friday no less. Moved on to the right person he had all my info ready and had the semi pre tripped with a half tank of fuel in the truck ready to go. Had to go to parts and grab a couple things for my trip half way back across the US. Parts guys were very helpful and got me out the door and on my way quickly. Well definitely be doing more business with RT&T."
