"We have used Sherwin Williams products almost exclusively for the last 12 years. As a 5 star rated painting contractor we try to use the best materials. However this store is nothing but problems. Doing a small job in the middle of no where we decide to go to Batavia (give them another shot) instead of williamsville (where we should have gone) because they said they had what we needed. Asked 3x. So we go there to find out in fact they dont have it. So we end up driving to lockport 40 miles away and 2 counties away to get product for a 1 day job. So after driving in excess of 100 miles and wasting 3hrs a 1 day job is now a 2 day job. Completely eliminating any kind of profit off this job and instead costing us hundreds of dollars in lost productivity and time. They did give us a little compensation on some other products we bought, however we are still delayed and now other jobs have to be pushed back. No I do not recommend this store. At all."
