"I absolutely LOVE PawTales Boarding facility! They take great care of my spoiled Yorkshire Terrier. I rate them ABOVE excellent on everything thing. However….. the one thing I wish they would change is the way charge extra if you bring your pet in before noon. For humans, check in time at a hotel is around 2:00 pm and checkout is around 11:00 am. PawTales uses the same timeframe. I believe they should be boarding the animals in the a.m. and check out in the pm. That way people can get to their hotel in a more timely manner instead of waiting until noon so they don’t have to pay extra for their pet to come early, or bring their pet in the evening before for the extra charge."
"I have found someone that knows how to groom a large dog and actually listen to your requests. Brianna knows Golden Retrievers and gave my cream a perfect cut. She sat on the floor with us when I dropped him off to listen to my specific requests and not only followed them but suggested other grooming ideas. The area is not crowded like many others and they even allowed him to go play until they were ready for him. Unlike another big groomer in Hickory, he was not made to sit in a kennel all day. This groomer and Paw Tales are the the BEST. Thank you Brianna!"
