"Place absolutely sucks. They have two companies that everyday at the same time go on breaks and lunch and yet this place never has anything in the warmer. Normal the food they do have in the warmer is a few hrs old. The staff is rude."
"I love coming here every day and I know almost everyone, this place a W"
"I just left the Lyndonville store after a very frustrating experience. They have advertised "2 slices of pizza (breakfast, specialty, or pepperoni) and 32 oz. fountain drink” meal for $6.00. They don't have 32 oz. cups, but they will give me the meal with a 24 oz. instead. Same price. Cashier couldn't make that decision on her own, had to go talk to the manager. Ok, fine. Same price for smaller drink because you ran out of cups, that doesn't seem right but whatever, let's go. Cashier rings me up and total is over $8!! $2.99 per slice and $1.99 for the drink, plus tax. Wait, why can't I get the meal price, $6? Cashier doesn't know, goes and gets the manager. Manager doesn't know either, initially thinks it's because I didn't use the Crosby rewards card. I don't have mine it's in the truck, I can go get it except "nope!" It has nothing to do with Crosby card. Apparently the pizza I selected is LTO (limited time only) and does not qualify for the $6 deal. How am I supposed to know this? There's no signage saying my pizza was LTO, and certainly nothing to suggest that anything in their case of dried out pizza wouldn't qualify. Over a difference of $2+ Crosby's in Lyndonville wanted to upset a customer? They did nothing to make it right, couldn't think of any thing to pacify a frustrated customer. Even the cashier was saying it's doesn't make any sense... This is one way to lose a customer, nice job Crosby's!"
"Ordered a calzone tonight and it was the worst. The biggest thing was that the dough was raw on the outter crust. Never again for that. Also noticed a slight off taste with the breads. To much yeast I believe"
"I have to say I would have gave them a 5 star rating (but just for subs because) I ordered a chicken finger pizza just recently and it looked as if it was soaked in grease I have pic of box to prove it took pizza out of coarse I just couldn’t believe it and wings have like nooooo sauce not them always dry lately"
