"New owner. Great service."

"Bad customer service. It's a small convenience store that is apparently "window service only" which is fine. But that is jarring considering it is uncommon in Buffalo and especially Downtown. So I fumbled a bit at the start without knowing what exactly to order since I couldn't see the shelves or go in to pick up a quick breakfast. The older white haired lady was short with me and unhelpful and repeated "window service only" without offering any real guidance. So I just got out of there quckly since it doesn't seem like they want customers and didn't even buy gas which was my secondary objective with my tank almost empty. Absolutely weird experience, I just got gas elsewhere. So not saying not to go, just don't expect much."

"If I could give tbis 0 stars I would! Paid for gas, drove away, and noticed a couple of minutes into my drive that my gas tank was still on empty......."

"Lied about gas price. Horrible attitude. Openly state they are not a Valero company just sell Valero gas. Have to be buzzed into and out of store."

"Horrible customer service. I go in to buy a block of cheese and they will not ring me out until I remove my Buffalo Bills winter hat. I get security but this was pushed too far. Short blonde "manager" on shift, really needs another lesson in HR and how to interact with paying customers. Oh, this was after they demanded my service dog stay OUTSIDE of the store, because it was too small for an animal. Never buying a single item or gas from them again."
