There was an employee standing in the door way on his phone at 8:45 and he said the two people in line were the last ones being served. I saw 3 employees. They can only serve 2 people in 15 minutes? If closing time is 8:45 then please post that."
"I am a regular here and I was there yesterday and the place is not busy at all. You can tell by the actions of the employee that he hates his job. I waited on the counter even though he already saw me, he still continues to do his sorting of the cups and let me waited like I wasn’t there. His name is Shameer F. Poor customer service. Horrible."
