"Management has problems with processing drive thru orders timely. It takes around 20-30 minutes before and no resolution in the future. It's expected for everyone to just deal with it as they don't care and hasn't in 10 years. Look at the P&L for this location vs cicero 10 minutes away. Very poor service, lack of respect of customers time! Should remove and replace management or close down location!"
"Terrible experience, They claim they are fast, well they lied. They took forever to answer the speaker. The burger had brown lettuce, I can tell it was made hours ago. The staff behave like they hate their life (probably true) but they act like is your fault. No napkins, no ketchup. I don’t think I’m coming back to this one."
