"Very disappointed after the sale. No call backs after several calls to try to find out status of parts. Two doors on our new camper won't close due to doors being warped 8 weeks waiting. Camping will be over before our doors are replaced. Called 3 times today and still no answer."

"I had a great experience at Wilkins RV in Fulton NY and want to share it. Jasmine is awesome to work with! The text messaging system they use to communicate with is very convenient! I was able to text her at any time of the day and she immediately got back to me. We dropped off the camper 2 days early before our appointment and it was done by the next afternoon! We were not able to afford some of the optional parts so we agreed to just fix the things that needed to be done. To our surprise, the tech that worked on the camper, Zach Wetzel, added the parts we couldn't afford anyway! They did not even charge us! Thank you to the staff at Wilkin's! Louis went over nook and cranny of our new pop up and showed us how to put it up and down! They even hooked up our new camper and pulled it around for us!
