"Amazing homestyle comfort food at affordable prices! I had fried chicken breast, macaroni, and fried green tomatoes. My bf had the fried flounder W fried squash and really liked it too. Best food l've had in quite a while. The staff were very cordial and accommodating; very clean establishment and HUGE BROWNIES! The only reason why I gave 4 stars for atmosphere is that there was no music or artwork, but it was a pleasant environment."

I had perfect fried chicken, not too salty, wonderfully whipped potatoes, slaw and biscuit. I knew I'd made the right choice when the sweet tea was good. "If you are traveling I-77 and have a hankering for a good home cooked meal, you must stop at The Front Porch. The atmosphere is probably not everyone's taste, but I loved it. There are china hutches a fireplace and an old upright piano scattered about the dining rooms. You get a meat and three here for $11.99 (as of 10/23/2022). The fried chicken was perfectly seasoned and crispy outside, tender and juicy inside. The side options are plentiful. I especially loved the candied yams and the beets. Beef tips with gravy were also delicious. Service was fast and friendly. We will definitely stop if we come this way again."
