These good and talented artisans replaced the low quality broken zippers on my daughter’s very expensive Dr Martens 20 eye knee high boots with high quality zippers that are still good several years later, replicated leather shoulder bags and backpacks using my nearly destroyed originals as the templates, and replaced and saved all our old bags with a new zipper when theirs died. I’ve had them clean up to pristine condition some shearling boots totally caked in mud, and dye some suede boots for me. They come through every time I have a hard to solve problem.
