They got me right in and took very good care of me. He was also nice enough to have one of his workers pick me up from my house to give me a ride back to the shop to pick up my car. "Dropped my car off in the middle of the night after hours. The next day I spoke with Mark, I was informed by Mark that my car was going to be checked over by his Master Tech. Mark called me back in a timely manner. Mark asked if I had warranty coverage for my vehicle. Mark further assisted me with my mileage on the car and went above and beyond to help find me an auto repair hop that would take my warranty providing me with the name and contact person at the auto shop. I then received a call from the Master Tech, sorry don’t remember his name I wish I did because he was great also very informative. Mark further assisted me with the towing of my car, under the warranty which I did not know was included. Mark and his staff are great. Way different experience than prior visits at Mavis. This location is very convenient for me due to where I live. As long as Mark and the current staff is at this location I will most definitely continue business there.
