"Overall this was a good experience. My car could have been cleaner when I picked it up. Not sure when or if they washed it but I had to run it through the car wash after to fully inspect it properly. The interior was not properly ventilated. The off gassing from the paint/chemicals was pretty strong and it took a few days to dissipate. The staff was very pleasant and responsive. The communication was quite exceptional. Suggestion: In the future it would be very helpful if the project manager offered a shuttle service for the rental car as it was would have made things easier. During inclement weather I am sure your customers would appreciate this. It was for these reasons that I did not give 5 stars."
