"They only sell and do not service machines more than a couple of years old. I called them and spoke with Greg to schedule the drop off of my 2005 GTX600SDI for service. After spending alot of time and effort, literally days, to get my trailer ready to roll and get the sled to them. The first thing he says is , "We do not work on SDI's, we can't get parts." and "we will not work on your sled it is too old." Maybe Greg should have asked what I was brining down..? hmmm....Think about it Greg this would have avoided this whole bad review. So word of advice if you need service, when you speak with Greg make sure you ask if they will service your machine."

"Not only did they do an over the top job of giving me the sled that served the functional balance of a high performance single and an amenity loaded, plush double, but they also got my 25 year old Formula Z running like the day I bought it! Whike we waited, we got the best orientation we'd ever gotten for any mee machine, ever, not too mention honest direction how we should gear up and accessorize..
