"First time trying the Brisket breakfast sandwich which was really Top Notch! Definitely a 10/10 perfect cut of meat with egg and cheese on a hard roll. The pairing of a yummy piece of corn bread and orange slice add your own BBQ sauce it was definitely good. Absolutely try if you haven't."
"Good food, clean cafeteria like setting, lots of menu choices which makes it hard to choose...it all sounds good and smells terrific. Stand out in my 1st visit were brisket reuben sandwich, "French fries" and that corn bread was awesome!!"

"I was not expecting this hole in the wall. They had a fun menu and good bbq. I got the big daddy (yall already know), lol... 4 meats for $40. This fed me for 4 meals and some left over to share. The Mac was sweet, they had the point (brisket), and I was pumped for the burnt end pork belly (hard to find)."
"FINALLY! I pass the Rollin' Smoke Handcrafted BBQ multiple times a week traveling to and from work and have been wanting to stop in for a meal. It FINALLY happened today. After a long day of appointments and general adulting, we stopped in for a meal. My husband &I shared a meal, and we had leftovers, so the portions are generous. When you walk in, there is a country bar, a open eating area with plenty of seating. The counter where you place your order is run by very friendly staff that take pride in where they work. Let's talk about FOOD. We had the Texas Twister which is brisket on a bun with some amazing cheesy saucy goodness. The meal came with corn bread and real baked beans with pieces of pork in it. We also tried the smoked mac and cheese and coleslaw which were both delicious. Everything on the menu looks delicious and it would be hard to tear myself away from the Texas Twister to try something else. Overall, I would highly recommend Rollin' Smoke Handcrafted BBQ from a casual lunch to a family gathering and more."
