"Always fun to visit Friendly's...old-school atmosphere and a wide variety of traditional food items. And, of course, the ice cream is the best. Been going to Friendly's restaurants since the 1970s, when we thought we were hilarious (teens) saying, "We're going to get friendly." Still a pleasure."

"Sandy was great she greeted us with a smile . Noticed we needed a little extra time to order and she wasn't pushy. She helped us through our whole meal. Great service!!"

"Stopped in today for the first time in over ten years and I see that nothing has changed. Walked in and the waitress said it would be a few minutes. There were only two tables occupied and we waited ten mins to get a seat, five other people came in and still no one was seated. Finally we had no choice but to leave. You have to wonder how this place is still in business. Bad Management and bad service means No customers. Don’t waste your time with this place."

"We walked in to get a table and were assigned one and the waitress walked away. We went to sit and discovered dirty seats full of crumbs. We didn't sit. Waited for wire to come back and re-seat us. She walked us to another booth which was also full of crumbs, I counted 7 booths with crumbs on the entire length of the seats on both sides. We left after that because If they can't clean their tables correctly, what else aren't they cleaning? The girl didn't seem bothered by the dirt or eager to make us happy by wiping down a seat. It was 11:04 am, just minutes after they opened, all tables should be cleaned and ready to go at that time. It's not like it was middle of a Saturday night. Very disappointed. We were visiting on vacation and really wanted Friendly's."
