"I loved Maxson's restaurant. It's an awesome restaurant. The food is really really good. I ordered the All American Burger. It was really good."
"Love the food, you definitely get what you pay for. Homemade dressings and croutons to boot. We had a new server, but she did a great job considering. My only complaint is that they advertised Wednesday Taco and margarita special, which we ordered. Come to find out it was only a dinner special, not lunch. However, it didn’t have a time listed so they should not have put the special out on the tables until it was active. We got charged $12 for our margaritas that we thought would be $8. Food and atmosphere is excellent."
"Very good selection of unique speciality burgers.I got a grilled cheese burger on Texas toast which was excellent, side of onion rings were a traditional side that were available with any burger without additional charge instead of fries which is a quite rare option.Service was great and a nice environment, will go back to try other unique burgers."
"Ordered ahead of time over the phone without any problems, putting in an order of the Garlic Parm Pretzel Sticks and the Goodness Gracious sandwich with Onion Rings. All together everything came to a little over $31, a reasonable price for quit the meal as I came to find out later. When I got home and opened it all up everything appeared pretty well put together, and my first taste confirmed I was in for a good time. The garlic parm pretzel sticks were soft and pulled apart easily, the garlic parm was a bit on the light side but the cheese dip made up for the lacking punch. The sandwich however was packed with flavor, bursting even you might say, as a single bite would send bits of candied bacon and pimento cheese oozing out from all sides. I'm a bit of a clean freak, so this did not please me, but, the delicious flavors that made up the sandwich confirmed why it was called the Goodness Gracious. Sadly the onion rings were far too oily to be enjoyed, not nearly crispy enough, but thanks to the sandwich I'm willing to overlook this failure."
"I love the diverse and unexpected menu at Maxon's. I had the Pig Mac, which was a pulled pork sandwich with Mac and cheese and onion straws on top finished with Chipotle ranch dressing. It was awesome! The atmosphere is cozy and rustic, service was very good. They have a large free parking lot and it is handicapped accessible. There is something on the menu for everyone, from the usual to the unusual."
