"Girl on drive thru did not take my order correctly, she had to get another worker to fix her mistake, she rushed my order, and forgot my Medium fries I didn't even go back so I didn't have to deal with them again"

"Now I always give places the benefit of the doubt but the way they mess up orders here is crazy, every time I've gone here they have somehow messed something up, it's become like a game to me. Today I asked for an 8 piece nugget with a large fry. The guy asked me if I wanted to add on 2 cookies for $1, I said sure. He then asked me if I wanted to donate $1 for something, I said no (sorry). He reads me back my order to confirm. What I got was a large fry with 6 nuggets (not that big a deal) and no cookies + I gave a $1 donation. Last time I was here about a year ago they forgot my mozzarella sticks and my drink (but I could at least remind them of the drink while I was at the window). Another time before that there were no fries. It wasn't even busy at all this time. But I understand because if I worked fast food I'd probably be hollowed out by now"

"Extremely slow, every single time. 10 minute minimum for drive through orders. My son loves the chicken sandwich. So I suffer through it, but after sitting here for going on 20 minutes in the waiting area after paying. I can sense there are some serious staffing issues is what I imagine. Which I find strange since it just opened and it’s been like this since day one. Also charged more than their mail flyer, promising $3 kids meals and they charged $5 per. (Ordered 3)"

"Food was your basic Burger King. Service was friendly and not too busy. Good multiple dogs and drink machine. Deon Sanders look alike works there. One booth wobbles."
