Reviews of Moe's Southwest Grill
"The manager was very rude! Yelling at her employees in Front of customers! I asked for a bag of chips to go and she gave us a little tiny bag of chips! I'm like What is this? She said that's was the bag to go. I'm like no it's not I have been here several times. You get a bigger bag of chips! I'm like whatever We will not be coming back here at Webster,NY location. She does not deserve to be a manager how she's treating her employees and customers!"
"Make sure to check your take out orders. They try to short on different items. Last six times of picking up it's either a smaller size queso, no chips, or a bowl missing half the ingredients."
"I came into this Penfield Moe's location with nothing but average expectations. Little did I know, my visit would be anything but. It had already been a whirlwind of a day, darting back and forth across the county, running errands and such, and I was looking forward to some good ol' Moe's to fill me up and calm me down. Immediately upon entering, I was met with a hearty and genuine "Welcome to Moe's!" and smiles across the prep line. As I perused the vast menu, I felt no imminent rush or pressure to step forward and was able to relax and make the proper choice: a bowl. As I stepped forward to begin my order, I was met by a spry gentleman wearing a pink hoodie that said 'Good Vibes' (how apropos) and a Moe's visor, ready to prepare my food. A visor of all things - gotta love company pride. I requested a bowl with cilantro-lime white rice. He gracefully scooped a solid portion into the bottom of my bowl, dutifully preparing the bed for which the rest of the ingredients would lie. After making the easy choice of black beans over pinto, it was time to choose a protein. I was hoping for carnitas (pork) and was disappointed to discover this was no longer an option, but Mr. Moe's swooped in to save the day - suggesting the Adobo Chicken, which would fill a similar niche. I trusted the advice. I then went on to request grilled peppers and onions, fresh pico de gallo, shredded cheese, lettuce, pickled jalapeños piled sky high, and a drizzle of sour cream. All for under $10. Simply unbeatable. After paying, I nearly couldn't lift the bowl off the counter. I was given complimentary chips and my choice of six salsas. It was a beautiful evening, so I elected to sit out on the patio, overlooking the scenic and bustling New York State Route 250. A number of customers came and went as I took my time with this delicious and filling meal. I was absolutely stuffed by the end of my two hour stay. Stuffed full to the brim by Mr. Moe's. I guess you could say I needed a Moe-ment. As I cleaned up, I congratulated the diligent staff on a job well done as they tended to various tasks. They all wished me farewell and requested I return before too long. I assured them I would. Highly recommend this Moe's over any other. The staff make all the difference. I will be back. 11/10"
"My boss and I came here for lunch today and I my god. The 3 guys working were all miserable. No sort of customer service at all. Throwing stuff around, having a attitude. The food didn't look fresh either. Realized the one guy put both of my stackers on top of each other in one container, so when I got back to work me and my co worker had to figure who's was who's. Why not separate them. I know nowadays customer service has went out the window but I'm all set on returning back to Moe's. Be grateful you have a job. Period."
