"So disappointed… I asked them before they start the dry clean for the cost and they told me it should cost 20$, when I picked them up after 3 days, they charged me 40$, and it wasn’t clean as it should."

"My recent visit to Brothers Cleaners during rush hour was disappointing. The small parking lot was chaotic with cars, and the staff allowed a vehicle to block traffic, causing a jam of over 10-15 cars. When I inquired about the situation, the staff member responded rudely, stating it wasn’t her problem, showing a lack of professionalism and concern for customer experience. This approach to customer service and traffic management was quite frustrating."

"I was charged $30 to alter a pair of rental tuxedo pants by this location. All the tailor did was tighten the waist strap by sewing it into place which did not decrease the waist size as needed. When dropping the pants off, I asked them to not sew the waist strap as it is designed to be adjustable, but rather alter the actual waist. I had to re-order a new pair of pants at the last minute because the ones this company altered was not done right. I was told over the phone that they would refund my card the $30. When I arrived at the store to process the refund I was told they would no longer honor that without seeing the pants which I had to return to the vendor I rented them from. This location not only does poor quality work, but they are dishonest. I would not recommend their services."

"I recently had one of my shirts cleaned and pressed at the North Hills location. Unfortunately it came back to me with spots on the collar and cuffs. When my husband took the shirt back to the cleaners they stated it was a manufacturers defect and not their fault and to return the following day for a 'bulletin' to contact the manufacturer with. Returning the next day the bulletin was literally a print out of an article from online, not much I can do with that - there was no accountability here. What I find most disappointing is the lack of detail or care over the damage, whomever was pressing the shirt should have noticed that the shirt had gotten damaged and stopped pressing and should have noted the damage on the shirt. Instead I received back an over-starched shirt with multiple points of damage on both collar points and both sleeve cuffs and no mention of the damage incurred; had to return to the location twice with no resolution. Disappointed that a company that openly speaks of their quality and attention to detail and missed a very obvious mistake."

"First time going here and very disappointed. When dropping off my shirt to be altered and cleaned, I explained it was going to be for my wedding. I was told it would be ready by Friday. Friday came, not ready. Saturday, not ready. Closed Sunday. Finally it was ready Monday afternoon, but when I picked it up and took it home I realized it wasn't cleaned! I immediately drove back but not only could they not guarantee it would be ready the next day in time for the wedding, but they couldn't even authorize a refund! Unacceptable customer service."
