"First time customer, dropped off a pile of sweaters that I needed within a few days for a trip to snow country. I checked closing time online Saturday at around 1:20 (leaving early Sunday morning) and saw that they closed at 1:00. I called, no answer or opportunity to leave message. Much to my surprise, they called a few minutes later and told me they noticed I had called and to come in, to take my time. When I arrived, my sweaters were waiting. OUTSTANDING customer service! They've gained another longterm customer!"

"This is by far the worst dry cleaning service I have ever received. Utterly disrespectful lady working there, when I point out their errors she simply ignores them. They also promised to have my items ready by Monday, it took them until Wednesday before they were done. Please, do not come here if you are looking for a pleasant experience."

"I traveled from out of state for a job interview and needed my suit and dress shirt dry cleaned. I chatted with the attendant about it and she assured me it would be ready on Monday morning in time for my 1pm interview. That was Friday. Somehow, they lost my shirt at another one of their locations. So when I went to pick it up she gave me the closest size that they had as a “loaner”, which was 3 sizes too big and not a dress shirt. It looked very sloppy. The next day or the day after I went to exchange the “loaner” for my shirt and they refused to give any kind of compensation for their mistake. It was way overpriced to begin with. I won’t be doing business with them ever again, and now that I got the job I’ll be looking for a more reliable dry cleaner in the area."

"The lady who works here is super awesome!!!!! Very nice people, very personable :) I have NEVER had a bad experience here, my dry cleaning always looks amazing. I can't believe the heat they work in though, I wish I could order them a cold water dispenser. Ask the lady about her chickens at home if you want to know more about fresh eggs too!"
