"I was very happy with the carpet cleaning done by this company. They gave me a very preliminary estimate based on the size of the house and number of carpeted areas and clearly told me that they charged per square foot of carpet to be cleaned. When at the house Dennis was very careful in only measuring what he was actually going to clean. My cost was only a bit higher than the original estimate and was a fair price. They also helped me in the nick of time! I had been stood up twice that week by another company and was desperate to find someone, as all but the large pieces of furniture was up off the floors and on the beds, counters and in the bathrooms. They were very accommodating and were able to come out within the hour. Dennis was very personable and professional and he clearly knew his job. I felt he cared how it all turned out.The rugs look very clean and all the furniture was put up on foam pads. I would use this company in the future. I have used two other companies in the past and this one, Premium Steam, is certainly my favorite."
