"She and her crew did an amazing job on my cluttered unorganized house. When she was done I could have let the president come over and sit on my couch. So why only 3 starts? The cleaners came across my girls baby blanket. She said “You don’t need this baby blanket! When are you going to need a baby blanket again? You have children now, not babies!” So I let her take the baby blanket. Now one of my daughters has a baby. And I don’t have the blanket her she used as a baby. My husband is almost 60, and I have his baby blanket. But my girls blanket is gone forever. If I let myself I can just cry with regret. I should have stood up to her and said no, but at the time I was not strong enough to go against her. 10 stars for cleaning. But if you are with her doing a massive declutter, get rid of what needs to get rid if, but hold on to what means the most to you!!"

Aiida's cleaning crew has changed all that - they do a 10/10 job every time. What I love about Aiida is that she always wants to know how to to help her employees improve, even if its something small. You won't find a more honest and genuine cleaning company in the triangle."

"At first, I thought everything was great. The house looked great. But, 5 months later, I still can't find my car keys and other items. Aiida miscalculated how long the job would take. So at the end, they were just putting things in storage bins with no rhyme or reason. Also, they never finished the master bedroom. She said she would finish for more money. It's not our fault she underquoted the job. At first, I was very impressed. But as time goes by, the more disappointed I become. I am very disappointed with The Clutterbugs. For the exorbitant price they charged, I expected more. I would not recommend."
