"Service provider was prompt and friendly. He really tried to get two stains out of my couch that were tough. I’m leaving 4 stars instead of 5 because I’ve used professional cleaning services at our last duty station (Georgia) and the cost was both cheaper and outcome better. It was a different couch that I had at the time, but the couch and carpets looked cleaner with the last company than mine did today."

"Jermaine did an AMAZING job on our house!! He actually came and did the job alone, but the caliber of work he did on our carpets and couches you would have thought he came with like 3 men! "It’s the first time using their services. I called them and I liked the way she responded to my call. She then insured that she could send me a text with my quote. When I called back she worked with me to schedule the service when it was convenient for me. When he showed up for the service he was on time and was very open to what I had to say. Once he finished with the first room he was not happy with the pet smell that was left over. The stains were gone but the odor was there if you weren’t used to it. He then scheduled a follow up service for the next day for it to be retreated. Overall I am very pleased with the service provided and when I need my carpets cleaned again I will be calling them back. I highly recommend them for any carpet cleaning that is needed!"

"My husband, Anurag, and I had our carpets cleaned by this company. The person who came out was really nice and had great customer service. He was very professional and quick too. I paid about $200 to have an area rug, three small-medium bedrooms, hallway, and staircase cleaned. Pretty good price IMO. My concern is that there were several spots that were not removed by the cleaning service. I ended up pulling my Green Machine out and cleaning them myself. They came out very easily which concerned me as I would think their machine should have done a better job. My biggest concern is my staircase. It seems they only cleaned the top of the steps, not the edges. So most of the stairs have a line of dirt as seen in the images. Again, I had to pull out the Green Machine to clean it myself. All together the carpet looked really nice, but it was already in very good condition. I have to have the cleaning done in order to maintain the warranty on my carpet. I do want to say I specifically pointed out the stains and stairs to the tech prior to cleaning so he would be aware and try to clean them thoroughly. I’m a little disappointed that he didn’t ensure they were removed. The reviews for this business are really great, so I would like to assume that because it was a Friday, maybe the tech was having an off day and really wanted to get it done and move on for the day. Can’t blame him, but I don’t feel I got my moneys worth, unfortunately"
