"I can't say enough about Shae! She cleaned my house yesterday and I have never had anyone (including myself) be that thorough. She is definitely invested in her job and she was beyond pleasant to have in the house. She has set a standard that will be hard to beat."

"My wife hired Precision Clean to do a move-in clean of our new house and a move-out cleaning of the house we rented. However, it was a complete disaster. The new home was still dirty after the cleaning. We found dirt on light switches, door jams, light fixtures, and baseboards. They sent only one cleaner to the house we moved out of. The house is 2400 sq ft. The company only gave her four hours to complete the cleaning. Later, we discovered that the person who was supposed to assist in cleaning quit the night before. When we called to ask why only one cleaner was sent to such a huge house, the company stated that there were supposed to be two cleaners - one for upstairs and one for downstairs. We asked why only four hours to clean the entire house and why there was only one cleaner. That's when they told us one of their cleaners quit, and if we wanted this cleaner to stay, we would have to pay $60.00 an hour to have her stay to complete cleaning the downstairs. Unfortunately, the cleaner did not meet the job, and we still had to pay for the move-out cleaning, which was never completed. We had to finish what Precision Clean was supposed to do. Due to their incompetence, we will not be using them in the future as we had intended. We wanted to make the move less stressful by having them clean the houses, but that didn't happen. Therefore, we strongly recommend finding another company to clean your house."

"READ THIS BEFORE YOU BOOK THEM! I contacted them for a move out clean. They quoted me 400-500 according to my square footage. When they arrived at my house, they told me they would need 3 additional hours to finish, which would be 120 per hour(for two cleaners) on top of the 500 they originally quoted me. I only approved and paid for one additional hour. I expected them to allocate the time to each room so all of them can be somewhat cleaned at least. But no, they completely left out a bedroom. I had to call them to go back and clean that room. They told me they needed 2.5 more hours to finish everything and that I had to pay for it. I paid for that because just needed the house to be clean at that point. The house was still not cleaned afterwards. They missed multiple spots that are very obvious. I called them and asked for a re clean since they advertise 100% satisfaction guarantee and that they offer free re clean if not satisfied. They told me I had to pay again for them to clean what they missed? In the end the manager did agree to do a free re clean for me. However, they DID NOT show up on the day they promised to. They never went back to finish cleaning the house. They wasted my time and money. They are overpriced and they will keep finding ways to have you pay extra. 800 dollars later and my house is still not cleaned! (It’s a 3B2.5B if that matters)"

"Cleaning was great the cleaners did a great job no issue with the service. My issues is with the pricing and how everything is explained during the booking vs what you pay for at the end. Other companies came out and did a in person quote and gave a for sure price. In the future I will go with those companies for full transparency and customer service reasons."

"I recently hired this company for a deep clean. I expected the price to be on the higher side considering all tasks involved in a deep clean and my add on of interior windows. While I am happy with the results, there are a few things that would have made my experience better. First, I’m aware that dust settles and therefore there may be some residual dust at the end of the clean. However some things just weren’t dusted. Again, a simple oversight that was remedied immediately with professionalism from my cleaner. She worked very hard and even took my sheets from the dryer to make the bed. I believe that the mistakes made would have easily been avoided had more than one cleaner been sent to do a “deep clean plus windows”. This job takes a lot of detail and 4 hr was not near enough time for my cleaner to complete the job, therefore requiring two additional hours. All said, my initial expectation of $375 turned to a final price of $525. I did approve the additional time as I still wanted my downstairs cleaned, however the price was definitely not what I had anticipated or budgeted for. The office staff was professional, friendly, and great at communicating and listening to my feedback. I do still plan to use them in the future, I just hope my feedback will help them improve such jobs in the future. I would like to add that it is important (at least to me) that items should always be put back to their original place. I’ve found several items move and reoriented, which is bothersome to me. Not a game changer but definitely something that needs attention. Finally, for an initial (deep) clean I think a feather duster on shelves, pictures, etc is not sufficient. Wiping should be a given (I am well aware these things were heavily dusty, that’s why I hired someone to clean them)."
