"This company is horrible or let me say the technician that came out to my home was horrible. I requested carpet cleaning throughout my home! The technician who came was very unprofessional and appeared very disheveled. He came with his boxers hanging out of his pants and had the attitude to match. He left my rugs very soiled and soak and wet! When I called the company they sent the same unprofessional tech to come back and he had a disgusting attitude. Instead of just sucking up the excess water he went back and forth with me and was very argumentative. I had so buy a shop vac and reshampoo my rugs myself! It was a very bad experience I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company!"

"So if I hadn't spent $100 on this and has had the service before where they did an excellent job I wouldn't even write a review the floor looks the same as it did before if not worse because now a lot of the underlying I guess dirt has been exposed and brought to the top they were spots that is no way that you could have missed on certain surfaces of the carpet that hadn't been touched by the water because they weren't even wet a lot of carpet was like soaked so I couldn't even see it for a day what it really look like but now I can and they can judge for their self a good job was not done it seemed like the two young men who were very respectful were trainees there were three people who came to my door and you can tell that one was the trainer and two of them were the trainees because the trainees stayed behind they were here for about two almost two and a half hours going in and outside of the house continuously having to hook the holes back up when the first gentleman came and did it I don't even think it took 35-40 minutes and he did the whole house I would like someone to come by and look at my carpet so I can show them what I'm talking about I'm all about Second Chances"

"Experience was horrible. The first the guy came he only spent 13 minutes on cleaning 3 rooms in a large house and left the steps and hallway unfinished. I called to make them comeback since they didn’t want to give me a refund and the same guy had an attitude and wouldn’t help the other guy. Never using this place again. My place is “ Be Clean” carpet cleaners. I was just trying them because my people were booked. Never again. Your better off shampooing your own carpets rather than using this place. It was a waste of time and money."
