Maids Next Door

"They were great- until they the last few months! we have used them for over a year- always on time, crew was great. We always had one girl that came every time- once she stopped the superior cleaning stopped. On August 26th- the day after our cleaning when I went to take a shower and noticed the glass enclosure was not cleaned and neither was the niche- So I sent a text. I got a response on Monday the 28th saying that cleaning is a "Personal and human service" and they could come back and clean it- well at that point it had already been cleaned (all communications attached). After all this, I decided to give them another chance on the next cleaning, scheduled for 09/08. Our window for them to show up was always 8-12. Atn 10:11am - I get a text that they have chosen to cancel any future reservations- 2 hours after the window started and after they put a hold on my credit card for the charge. The person on the other end of the text made it sound like every time we had a cleaning we had a complaint- that was not the case!"

"I tried to reach out several I contacted this company through local google search and decided upon them via reviews. I was seeking a service because I recently had knee surgery and I’m struggling with crutches to clean my home, while planning to entertain guests coming up soon. They quoted me promptly and scheduled a time with me. Now due schedules they had to book a different time with me the day before which was fine with me. They showed up, and because I moved my bed downstairs because of my surgery…they tried to say I had an extra bedroom than I had quoted which was untrue. Then they said they didn’t allot enough time for the clean….so due to my surgery my house was not clean and I was embarrassed in front my guests. So basically I was SOL. I tried to reach out several times before my guests arrived and after as well and no response at all was ever given to me. I’m severely disappointed in the professionalism of the service, I do think they would have done a great job….but the work never happened. I wish it turned out different."

"I've used Maids Next Door on 2 occasions. Once when I needed a general apartment cleaning and once for a move-out cleaning. They were on time, professional and did a terrific job! Their prices are very affordable. P.S. I called last minute to get my move-out cleaning scheduled and they were able to come in the next day!"
