They took extra time to clean stubborn areas (we have a heavy shedding dog) and, to my surprise, did not charge extra for the additional time and labor. They were scheduled to arrive at 2:30pm and they were at our door exactly at 2:30 on the dot, which is very impressive as I’m sure we were their last stop of the day.
