"Beware, the people working here might not have knowledge of special materials. They put a pin through my rain jacket. The Gore Tex material now has two holes in it on the hood, where it will wet out the easiest. Dry cleaning itself is okay. So didnt want to deduct too many stars."

"I have been a customer of this location for 2 years, traveling across town just to go to this location, but the last 2 times i have picked up my dry cleaning have been disappointing. First, my clothing was placed in my car, and I noticed that I had one less item than I should have (5/6). I asked the employee, and they realized that my dress was at another location. So I had to come back to retrieve my dress on another day. Then, most recently, my items were placed in my car (9 items), I had the correct amount, and when I got home, I was putting my clothing away and noticed a tag on one of my dresses that said that it was suggested to be wet cleaned. I knew the dress had stains when I brought it in, but they looked exactly the same as when I brought them there, so it did not seem like anyone had even tried to clean my item, yet I was still charged for a full cleaning. I called the location and they told me that I could bring the dress in to be wet cleaned, but I already wet cleaned it myself, So I did not think i needed that service, nor did I want to drive back to the store 15 minutes away. I was not informed of the cleaning suggestion (they could have called so i did not have to find out when i got there), but they didnt even tell me about the cleaning suggestion when I came to pick up the clothes. This store did nothing to help my situation, and I paid to have nothing done to my dress. I will no longer be a customer of an establishment that seems to not take an interest in helping their customers."
