"The team themselves did a subpar job, but the admin did what they could to remedy the service, they sent the team out twice and it was still not cleaned properly. What I mean by that is we had a move in cleaning scheduled, no cabinets were wiped down on the inside or out, the oven wasn't clean and the floor wasn't swept - along with other small details. I basically had to reclean my house. I will not be using this service and don't recommend for move in cleaning, admin was great though in trying to help with a team that constantly fell short. It seems I'm not able to reply to the comment below, but what they did do, they did a good job, that being said they didn't do much beyond the very bare minimum, and I paid for much more than that. Like I said, admin did great in responding, but the team that was meant to execute did not perform to expectations. I did receive a refund of 30 dollars, but shortly after we found more and more items that were never cleaned, hence this low review. I don't recommend this vendor for move in services."
