After about three years members of the cleaning team began changing and new members did not know what to do or do it thoroughly. Their attitude was negative and impatient. They left a couple of things broken and messy. The work did not improve and I moved on"

The team is usually made up of experienced cleaners, but occasionally a new hire needs some instruction on procedure and efficiency, but Sandy is a very good supervisor and keeps the job going smoothly. "I was very impressed with the two ladies that came to do a deep clean on my rental property in Chapel Hill. Given that it is rented to college students you can imagine the amount of cleaning required. The kitchen was badly in need of a good cleaning, both cabinets and appliances. They did a fantastic job on it. The bathrooms were made to look almost new. There is no question I will call on Tidy Maids again when the current tenants move out. I hope I get the same two ladies. "I discovered this company through a LivingSocial deal and have been very pleased with the level of service they have provided. Due to unforeseen circumstances, there have been a couple of times when I've had to change my cleaning schedule, and the owners have always been very accommodating and easy to work with. The cleaners themselves do a great job! My favorites are Sandy and Tammy because they are able to get an amazing amount done in an hour and a half, and they are very thorough and detail-oriented, but I've never had a bad experience with any of the cleaners that have been sent from the Tidy Maids. I also really appreciate that they always remember to call me about half an hour before they'll be arriving, since their daily schedules vary, which allows me enough time to get home to meet them. Great service + a sparkling clean house = a happy customer!"
