"Let me start by saying WOW. Ajs dry cleaners has the best all around service in Charlotte! I mean to speak on their employees, customer service, quality, prices and even down to their delivery drivers are incredible!! I currently work in Uptown and Ive been looking for a company to trust in with my dry cleaning like this for awhile. Super excited that I had an opportunity to speak with Marek(Owner) and discuss pricing and availability. After that welcoming conversation with Marek I immediately felt the business he runs is more than respectful enough for my weekly dry cleaning needs. The next day i walked in to drop several pieces off. I spoke to Jessica, Megan and Nancy in the process. Not only were the group of employees super nice but they also were warm and down to earth! The simple things in Customer Service are truly what keep a business pleasantly up and lifted. Couple weeks after receiving walk-in pickups, i signed up for doorstep delivery. Had a chance to meet all the drivers and they were equally immaculate! Long story short, well worth EVERY PENNY!"

"I have been using AJ's Cleaners for about 2 years now. They are by far the best dry cleaners I've used. In all the time I've been a customer, not once have they lost an article of clothing nor a button gone missing. They offer same service, returning clothes before end of day. It is conveniently located right next to where I work so it is easy enough dropping off or picking up. The new owners are fabulous people. They have a mom and pop sort of vibe. Like a local general store in a small town sort of feel. I actually look forward to visiting and usually stay a little just to chat for a bit.
