"Deluxe Cleaners is FANTASTIC. I called on a Saturday, asking if a Tuesday turn around time was possible for a pair of pants to be hemmed (I know, a little obnoxious, but my birthday was Thursday and I was leaving Wednesday morning for a trip.) At first they told me Tuesday evening might be a stretch, but they could have it ready for sure by Wednesday morning. I said it was fine, and dropped of my pants a little after 12 on Saturday. Kathy took my measurements in like five seconds flat, and was very sweet. She told me that the tailor had already spoken to her, and that I would have my pants Tuesday afternoon! I just picked them up, and the pants are truly perfect. Beautiful, clean hems. I’ll definitely be returning for any future tailoring needs! Manuel was amazing! I included a picture of the stitching of the pants, as well as the hems! I paid $12!"

"Terrible! Run! Ruined my best friend’s bridesmaid dress! Employee refused to own up to the mistake and made fun of the situation by saying their mistake was “ a nice design” the dress has a long “run” line in it from what appears to be a snag in the fabric from the hem. Again they called this mistake a “nice design” and then made accusations stating she just wanted a free hem when asked for a refund."
