"Update 8/31/23: Alice reached out to me personally and is working through my concerns. Her company will be replacing the damaged table and providing a monetary refund as well. I appreciate her taking responsibility and making us whole! ________________________________________ I had great expectations for this service based on their online review ratings and the professionalism I experienced with the owner Alice. The first time the cleaning crew came to my home, we reviewed a few special items up front to communicate what we were looking for. For example, we asked that when they vacuum they don't bang into the baseboards and leave scuff marks on them, because that had happened to us previously, and now our baseboards were freshly painted. Also we have an heirloom table that we didn't want them to use chemicals on. Simple things, but important to us. Alice communicated all of the details to the cleaning team at that time. The first cleaning went pretty well--not exactly as clean as I would like, but satisfactory. So, I invited them back a second time (after having no follow-up contact by the company). The second visit was much less acceptable. Immediately after, my husband and I both noticed several problems--two of our new living room tables had been damaged, we suspect by the vacuum handle. Also, several of the bathroom plumbing fixtures had not been cleaned well (there were stains and hairs left around the faucets and the hinges of the toilet seats). Lastly, the kitchen floor was very dirty, even though it had been mopped. I sent Alice a message with several pictures and asked her to let me know her thoughts. It has been 12 days and I haven't heard anything from her. Now we move on and look for a different cleaning service."

"Update: 2/5 initial review : It is unfortunate that the person who initially came to my home for the walk through has been completely unresponsive since that time. She was nice during the visit and that is the only reason to give more than 1 star. Did not even send the quote. I was looking forward to this being the sole cleaning service I use in order to have someone consistent, but that will not be the case. 4/5 updated review. After the previous review, I was contacted by Alice who came for the original estimate and she scheduled a time for service. The team that was present was courteous, they did a good job cleaning my home. Two days after the clean, Alice came to touch up some areas that were missed in the original deep clean. They did a very good job on my hardwood floors and the blinds. I like the attention to detail in the kitchen. Bathrooms needed a little more attention and some of this was taken care in the revisit. I would use the service again."

"We had a deep clean of our house done and were very happy with the result. Our home felt much cleaner afterward and I really appreciated the attention to detail. They really cleaned all the little areas that get missed with day to day cleaning. Price was also very reasonable."
