"This place is a staple for my wife and I to take our dry cleaning. Expectations: go in person to resolve everything. Don't bring your nice hangers because they will keep them. Other than that, the price is reasonable and they have always delivered on time provided you have the ticket. I always take a picture of my ticket before I leave and I've never had a problem. Overall, 4 stars. If I did have an issue, I'd deduct points but after 30+ times it's all good."
"Customer service is NOT their specialty! They held my clothes for a week, with my contact info, and only completed 1/2 the order, with no explanation. The price was ridiculous and no one cares that they suck at their job. When asked for an explanation, she called someone and attempted to pass the phone, but the order was placed by her and confirmed by her. It’s only one person in the store! It’s wayyyy too many alteration places and cleaners around the Pineville area for any one to experience my disappointment here, don’t waste your time."
