"The apartment itself is fine but has no business calling itself a "luxury apartment" and is severely overpriced. It was built in the 80s and it shows. You can tell just by looking at them that the fixtures are cheap, my blinds broke within a month of moving in just because I touched them, and theres always someone in the stairwell smoking weed. They'll price gouge you at every renewal and try to charge you significantly more than what they're renting their other apartments for. The staff is nice enough but good luck getting anyone to respond to an email. Legally deposits must be returned within 30 days of moving out and include an itemized lkst of deductions, it took them almost 3 months to return mine because they kept putting my address down wrong despite me giving it to them twice and when I finally did get it they deducted $150 without any reasoning. If you need a place to live this one is fine but you can find something significantly nicer in the same price range."

"Me and my roomate was looking for a better place to live and a place closer to his mom and we ran across Amelia Villiage so we gave them a call and Quanesha answered the phone and gave us all the information needed to make a decision to try to apply for the complex and she was absolutely amazing from the beginning and working it with us to makes sure we gave all the information needed and when we didn’t quite qualify she contacted the third party rental help and help us work with them and we are now resident of this beautiful and amazing community. Thanks Quanesha and team for all that you guys did to help us!!!!"

"This is our second year here. The apartment is very nice and quiet. I had a family of 5 living next door and I didn’t hear anything. This place is very dog friendly. Lots of areas to walk around. My dog (Freya) loves to visit the ladies in the office. They are very friendly and helpful and always give her treats and just let us hang out. The maintenance staff is pretty good too. I do need to give a shout out to Wayne from the maintenance dept. for remaining calm and being helpful in a stressful situation. We like living here."
