"I purchased a second-hand sectional for a great price but it was pretty filthy and had stains on it from God knows what. It was my first time getting couch cleaning services so I didn't know what to expect and was completely unprepared. I booked them through thumbtack app. The owner was such a kindhearted man and he patiently adapted to all my shortcomings (issues with entering the apt complex, no elevator & bringing his heavy equipment to the 3rd floor). The owner never complained and despite all this, he still provided 10/10 professional service with a smile on his face! He could have upcharged me for the extra hassle but he gave me the same price we originally talked about. The entire process took about an hour or so and once he was done, he did a thorough run-through of what he did. My sectional looks brand new! After what happened today, I know I can trust this man and his services. This won't be the last time he'll be hearing from me!"

"We hired YPE to do some tough cleaning jobs in our home, and we were extremely satisfied with the work. Our appointment was scheduled for 3PM, and the guys arrived at our door right at 2:59. They took the time to talk us through the work they were planning to do, then got busy cleaning. It took about 2 hours for them to deep clean the rooms and two area rugs. Our dogs made some messes in a couple of the rooms over the past several months, but the carpets looked and smelled brand new after YPE had completed the job. We plan to use this company for any future carpet cleanings and would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services!"

"Sergio did a great job deep cleaning my carpets at my townhouse. He even got some old paint stained removed in my guest room. He even showed me how much my carpet was dirty from the water that was removed. I was happy to see my carpet wasn’t as dirty as I thought they were but it needed to be cleaned for my new tenant. I would definitely use him again. Great service, punctual, organized, friendly."
