"The GOOD (G): (1G) The website is easy to use. (2G) the cleaner showed up early, (3G) the cleaner sent pics as requested. THE BAD (B): (1B) The cleaner did not communicate when she should have and that caused big issues that could have easily been avoided with a simple conversation via phone or via text, (2B) $55/hour for an individual cleaner is outrageous, (3B) especially for the work performed, which the realtor mentioned was subpar. STEER CLEAR of "Light Cleaning": They don't really do anything. Maybe this particular cleaner would have cleaned better if someone has been there?"

"Reasonable home cleaning service that you can customize where they clean. I live alone so I only have the two other bedrooms cleaned when I have family/friends stay in town so I like the flexibility as well. Overall the cleaning of a 1200 sq ft place that includes two bathrooms & one bedroom takes about 3 hours so the cleaners are very detail oriented.
