"we needed our carpet cleaned & stretched. it's been awhile since it was installed & clearly needed cleaning as well as stretching repair. carpet pros rep LOU and GREG did a phenomenal job. LOU did the carpet stretching and did an awesome job. a real professional! can't even tell that there was ever a problem with the carpet at all. GREG did a phenomenal job with cleaning it. took his time to make sure it was properly done. poor guy was soaked with sweat when it was all over. but the carpet looks brand new again. this is the second time we have used carpet pros and will continue again. highly recommend them! very happy customers."
