Zerorez Wilmington

"My mother is a repeat customer. She booked online. They never showed. Spoke with someone the next day who stated she was on for the following week. After being assured the online scheduling mix up would be fixed, and after several calls/messages unreturned, the company didn't even show up on the day they had scheduled! Horrible customer service! Unresponsive. Not worth using!"

"We have always used Zerorez and love their general process but this location in Wilmington NC is the worst. After taking my dining room rug to clean (supposed to be a few days) they will not respond to my calls, voicemails or website text. Finally got someone on the phone and scheduled delivery for rug for them to not show up or even call back. Over a month later and a week before Easter when my dining room will be fully operational we went by the location to find it empty with trash, doors unlocked, van out front unlocked and my expensive rug laying in the trash. No one there! The rug is now stained and has shoe marks. I called owner at Myrtle Beach location and he said he knew the owner and would call him personally. Still no call. Do not use Zerorez at this location!!! Next steps is corporate."

"Read and trust the reviews. Absolutely amazing! Jackson was knowledgeable and thorough which was incredibly necessary since we had multiple areas in our nursery from our visitors' pets ‘accidents’ that needed to be cleaned before even thinking of letting our little one crawl around in there again. I feel beyond assured the areas are clean and sanitized. I will never use another company. Highly recommend!"

"My communication and service was with Josh, and he was exceptional! He was able to show up and give a quote since I wasn't able to provide a square-foot for him. From there he was able to schedule a date and time to return for the cleaning. He was punctual (7am!) Professional and quick. He was very kind and I would highly recommend him/Zerorez for future work! The carpet looks fantastic and all stains are gone!"
